After Registration

  3. Register with your local assembly for a business operating permit (if required)
  4. Register for VAT if turnover will exceed GHS 200,000

Annual Renewal

Business name registrations must be renewed every year at the RGD. Failure to renew results in deregistration and loss of your business name. Renewal fee: approximately GHS 50-100.
